Team Building

This is a deep dive into the pieces that are essential for a highly functioning team. The activities will be based around the 5 components of a strong team and how can you get your team there. We will dig deeper into what you should be bringing to the table to be the best team member and how to foster that in others. Come to class with a sense of humor and willingness to look closely at your teams. These activities will be focused on workplace teams, but the concepts are applicable to all teams.
Turn Stress Upside Down
with Heidi Esther
In this foundational session, participants explore how chronic stress impacts both the mind and body, and begin identifying their personal stress triggers and emotional patterns. Through guided experiences with core mindfulness practices, attendees learn how these tools can interrupt the stress cycle, increase emotional intelligence, and enhance daily productivity. The session sets the stage for becoming a calm, confident Emotional Manager—someone who can skillfully respond to challenges rather than react impulsively. Objectives:
- Understand how chronic stress impacts the mind and body
- Identify stress triggers and emotional patterns
- Define and experience foundational mindfulness practices
- Explore the benefits of increased emotional intelligence for stress reduction and productivity

Powered Industrial Truck Train the Trainer

As of December 1, 1999, all authorized powered industrial truck operators are required to complete Powered Industrial Truck Safety Training. Our adult training classroom instruction, driver's observations, and testing process will enhance your operators to become better trainers.
New Driver Forklift Training

Learn how to operate a forklift truck safely and effectively. Upon completion of the course, you will know the basic skills and knowledge of job safety required for operating a forklift. Become familiar with the controls, daily checks, OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, factors in center of gravity and stability, load capacity, accident statistics, and much more. Prerequisites: Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language. Dress appropriately for weather (closed-toe shoes).
