Teams can be complicated to lead and frustrating to be a part of if they are not nurtured properly. This is a deep dive into the pieces that are essential for a highly functioning team. The activities will be based around the 5 components of a strong team and how can you get your team there. We will dig deeper into what you should be bringing to the table to be the best team member and how to foster that in others. Come to class with a sense of humor and willingness to look closely at your teams. These activities will be focused on workplace teams, but the concepts are applicable to all teams.
