The intent is that every learner will be able to create a project charter that outlines a real-life work problem that they are able to solve and apply lean methodologies to outline improvements while putting controls in place to ensure sustainability.

Module 4: Lean Sig Sigma Tools for People-Centric Improvement

Module 5: Integrating Diversity & Inclusion into Lean Six Sigma Projects

Final Course Self-Assessment for additional qualitative/quantitative measures.
