Corporate Training

This workshop is designed to equip participants with skills to manage and resolve conflicts in the workplace, without losing your mind or the battle. We will cover understanding conflict dynamics and find the root causes. We will practice mediation of disputes, fostering trust activities, and enhanced communication in difficult conversations.  This time together will be heavy in group discussion and activities. Please come prepared to practice conflict resolution in a safe place.
