In this session we will discuss the basic principles of Illinois Workers Compensation.  Training will cover an overview of the Workers' Compensation Act, What the law requires of employers, best practices of management of worker compensation reporting of injury and record keeping. We will discuss how to resolve a dispute with the Commission, discuss medical benefits and TTD and TPD benefits, Vocations rehabilitation/maintenance benefits, PPD and PTD benefits.
