We will be covering basic OSHA safety reporting requirements, job hazard assessments and annual training requirements for employees.  

This class will focus on the things that companies often forget to teach those newly promoted into a supervisor position. We will address topics such as transitioning from being a co-worker to a leader, how to hold people accountable without making enemies, basic HR skills to help with managing employee behaviors, documentation do's and don'ts.
